Father/Son Contest Review

So this is post is going up now and the Heels and Boots Contest will be up tomorrow - I had originally planned for the opposite to be true, but someone asked for a one-day extension and I was happy to agree! The Pink Contest is also up, so either check that out to get inspired or continue on to read about some awesome caps!

Rachael

A rather prolific entrant of late, Rachael had many excellent caps, of which this one caught my eye. I think what I enjoyed most about this is how each member of the family (son through grandfather) has a different opinion on how to dress/act while also aiming for the same thing - cute guys! The son reflecting the appearance of "real women", the father being more "glam", and the grandfather being stylish/fashionable. It's definitely something real drag queen have to think about when choosing their looks, so I thought it was awesome that Rachael slipped this idea into the cap!

Donna

I like how Donna managed to mix simplicity with unique and interesting details. On it's face this cap is straight-forward - a crossdressing father/son pair trying to hitchhike through the country. But Donna writes this cap from the perspective of Border Patrol trying to hunt down these sexy fugitives, adding backstory tidbits about their "genetic manipulation experiments" and willingness to perform "oral sex for money". It's all these little things that add up very nicely to make a complete cap - great work Donna!

Lara Yvess

I am so pleased to welcome back Lara after a long hiatus! I enjoyed her return cap because of how sweet/sentimental it was - the idea of a son showing his acceptance of his transgender father by dressing up just like him is just so heartwarming, and the way Lara structured the piece really conveyed that warmth. Really enjoyed it!

Paige

Paige is a completely new face trying a first caption and had a really unique idea! The concept of losing a bet (or in this case a bracket challenge) is not especially novel; but the sexy way that Paige implicated a family connection is! I think the picture also plays a really big part - the over the top, bimbo form of the blond just LOOKS like a man who was feminized a year ago, much like his fellow family member implies after losing himself! Looks like he has a lot to teach his little black haired boy!

Anderson

Although I really enjoyed another SISSY Service cap from Anderson, I opted to talk about this one because of the ending. This cap does a very good job of setting up an excellent conclusion - the details about the cheating, the feminization, and being trapped in a room with a bunch of men all scream a single conclusion - but the simple statement "Cream them" at the end is such a succinct way to imply what you know was meant to happen. Closing with a zippy line like this is something I highly recommend - great work Anderson!

Christina

Another prolific captioner this contest, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend you check out Christina's series on the Fathers and Sons Brothel if you haven't already seen it - the only reason I didn't select it was because I tend to avoid series (too many good things to talk about!) and I really loved this cap as well. I think what jumped out the most for me was how although the son is the first to admit to crossdressing, it is the father who becomes immersed in the lifestyle and ends up doing all the things you would imagine the son would be doing - going to bars, frat houses, etc. as a hot coed. Then the whole bit about the dad no longer needing a wig and having already set up a trip to Cancun is just so perfect for wrapping up the transformation of the dad. Great work Christina!

C2Sanon

I really liked this cap by C2Sanon because of how well the cap mirrored itself. Not only is the text separated into two parts, one for the son's perspective and one for the dad's, but the whole idea of the father giving in for the son and vice versa is incredibly sexy. I especially enjoyed the way that each person's thoughts referenced ideas in the other like when the dad says "my son has no qualms with sucking cock" while the son says "I can never say a thing to dad, only that I enjoy being a bimbo". Just perfectly intertwined, an inescapable, shared destiny for father and son!

Ian

Ian's cap was a great read for me because it played off the whole "son idolizing father" aspect that is a great reason for father/son transformations. The naivete of the son thinking his father was a secret agent, leading to his "undercover makeover" was great, but the reveal of the truth at the end is even better. Nothing like getting into the family business...even if it wasn't what you thought your father did!

Musta

 Last but not least, Musta's cap! Although Musta produced a bunch of great caps, including a two-parter with the same image that told a story from the perspective of the son and father in a way similar to but different from C2Sanon's cap, this one was my favorite. I simply loved the double-deep father/son implications in this - the son at school being fucked by a classmate only to be revealed at the end that his father is also getting nailed by the classmate's dad! Plus, I think Musta did a fantastically job displaying the humiliation of the son/father, especially in the conversation between the two. The simple additions of the "ahhh"s of the son and the obvious lisp of the dad choking on  a cock added so much to this cap - well done Musta!
