Hi all! As a business note, the captions for the Personality/Emotion Contest have been posted - while there aren't a lot, they were high quality and I definitely suggest taking a look! Also, I've added a poll because I'm considering bumping up to a once a week schedule - I'd only do this if there was serous interest in participating in more frequent contests, because current turnout even with extended time hasn't been great.
Now on to the task at hand - the Gameshow theme! I'm REALLY excited about this latest competition, which was the winner of the fan vote over the last few weeks! I've always loved the idea of gameshows/contests, either with my collaboration with Wes Mantooth or the variety of wonderfully creative and interesting gameshows/contests by the Zoligomyst (I highly recommend checking out Zoli's work for inspiration, especially "Spot that Sissy" and "Make Up or Fake Up" which are two of my personal favorites). I think this contest has a lot of potential for really creative ideas/captions, so I've included a lot of images and hope you will have some fun with it! Rules as usual are below, deadline is December 12th:
1. I will post images and a general theme to focus your work slightly
2. You all will take these images and send either a completed caption (meaning image and text formatted together) or text with the image to go to it (I will put a cap together if you don't know how or would rather that I format it!) to EITHER of my emails, ElenaStarz4372@gmail.com (my general email address) or starzcaptioncontests@gmail.com (my contest specific email).
3. You may submit as many captions as you want, but only one caption per image. All captions must be TG or crossdressing in some format (F2F is not really a theme of this blog, but in case any of you wanted to try this, I would prefer that you didn't).
4. After a weeks time, I will sort post all the captions that you sent me in a single post!
THEME: GAMESHOW - This is all about creating a creative gameshow/contest with a TG theme! Perhaps it's a timed scavenger hunt where contestants have to find and dress in specific feminine clothing or maybe its a trivia contest where wrong answers lead to small transformations! Caps can also focus on a variety of things. Maybe you want to talk about an individual in the contest or show all the contestants; you could also mention what happens to the loser or winners of the contest. Another fun idea would to make a caption series, showing the progression of a contestant as throughout the gameshow or maybe talking about multiple contestants and how they fare! A lot of fun options, so be creative and enjoy it!
