We are back with the 2nd to last contest - the Premise Contest! Thank you to all those who participated. Many of you wrote me very kind notes in addition to your wonderful work and I am extremely grateful for it. Expect a bit of correspondence when I have time to give a thoughtful thank you in return. But for now, I am excited to post the excellent submissions for this contest! There were a lot of great takes on some of these themes that I couldn't quite produce. To celebrate that, I'm going to organize by image/cap premise as opposed to author so you can see potentially multiple takes on the same story! As a reminder, you can see all the original prompts in this post here in case you want to see how the authors got to the plot they produced (I tried to give a brief summary and image number in the set, but they may be off slightly).
